What we supply

Cooling & Power product groups

Wholesale supply in project and container volumes. Tell us your specification and we source to it.

Direct-to-chip liquid cooling

Cold plates on GPUs and CPUs, with coolant distribution units that move heat to the facility water loop.

  • Cold-plate loops that remove most server heat directly at the chip
  • In-rack and in-row coolant distribution units (CDUs) with redundant pumps
  • Rack manifolds with dripless quick-disconnect couplings
  • Warm-water facility loops that allow dry coolers and reduce chiller use
  • Leak detection and flow monitoring integrated with building management
  • Rear-door heat exchangers as a step between air and full liquid cooling

Immersion cooling

Servers submerged in dielectric fluid for the highest densities and silent operation.

  • Single-phase immersion tanks with dielectric coolant
  • Heat rejection through CDUs to dry coolers or cooling towers
  • Very high heat capture per tank, with no server fans
  • Server and fluid compatibility validated before deployment

Datacenter UPS

Conditioned, uninterrupted power for AI clusters and the cooling that supports them.

  • Online double-conversion UPS to IEC 62040-3
  • Modular, hot-swappable power modules for N+1 redundancy
  • Lithium-ion or VRLA battery cabinets
  • High-efficiency operating modes and remote monitoring
  • Ratings and derating stated for high-ambient electrical rooms

Intelligent PDUs

Rack power distribution with the metering and control that dense AI racks need.

  • Metered, switched and outlet-metered variants
  • Three-phase 400 V inputs at 32 A and 63 A
  • C13 and C19 outlets for GPU server power supplies
  • Network monitoring over SNMP and Modbus, with temperature and humidity probes

Applications

Where it is used

01

Retrofitting server rooms for AI

Most existing server rooms were designed for a few kilowatts per rack. Adding GPU servers needs new feeds, PDUs, UPS capacity and cooling. Rear-door heat exchangers or direct-to-chip loops let you add AI capacity in an existing room without rebuilding the whole air-conditioning system.

02

High-density AI clusters

Training clusters concentrate tens of kilowatts in every rack. Direct-to-chip cooling with CDUs removes most of that heat through liquid, while the remaining load is handled by room air. This keeps GPUs at full clock speed instead of throttling back during summer afternoons.

03

Modular and containerised datacenters

Prefabricated modules bring racks, cooling, UPS and fire protection in one engineered unit. They suit university campuses, industrial sites and organisations that need on-premise AI capacity quickly, without a long building project. Immersion or liquid-cooled racks keep the footprint small and simplify heat rejection outdoors.

04

Power resilience for critical AI

Inference services supporting clinicians, traders or operators must stay available. Online UPS systems condition power and ride through grid disturbances, while intelligent PDUs show consumption per outlet and allow remote power cycling. Together they give facility and IT teams the data to plan capacity safely.

FAQ

Cooling & Power questions

When do I need liquid cooling?
Air cooling works for moderate rack densities, typically up to about 30–40 kW per rack with good containment. Modern multi-GPU servers push well past that, and in Gulf climates air-side cooling works harder. Once racks exceed what your room can handle with air, direct-to-chip cooling is usually the most practical next step.
Direct-to-chip or immersion?
Direct-to-chip keeps standard rack servers and service routines, so most operators start there. Immersion captures nearly all heat and removes fans, but it needs compatible servers, tank space and different maintenance practices. The right choice depends on density targets, facility constraints and your team, and our partners can model both.
How does desert heat affect heat rejection?
Dry coolers reject heat to outside air, so at 45–50 °C ambient they need larger coil area or adiabatic assist. Warm-water liquid cooling helps, because a higher coolant temperature still leaves a useful gap to the outdoor air. Designs should be checked against local peak summer conditions, not average temperatures.
How big should the UPS be for an AI cluster?
Size the UPS for the IT load at full GPU utilisation plus any critical cooling components, such as CDU pumps, then add redundancy. Runtime is normally short, just long enough to ride through disturbances or transfer to generators. Your partner engineer will confirm load, redundancy level and battery runtime.
