About these terms

These terms apply to your use of synazon.com (the “site”), operated by SYNAPSE HORIZON GOODS WHOLESALERS L.L.C (“Synapse Horizon”, “we”, “us”), Office C1804, Ontario Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

A business-to-business site

The site is intended for businesses and professional buyers. We supply hardware on a wholesale basis and do not sell to consumers through the site.

Information on the site

We describe products, categories and solutions in good faith for general information. Specifications, availability and certifications are set by manufacturers and can change. Always rely on the datasheets and documents supplied with a quote. Articles and insights are general information, not professional, engineering or legal advice.

Calculators and estimates on the site are indicative only. They are not an engineered design or an offer. Contact us for an engineered proposal.

Quotes and orders

Sending a request through the site does not create a contract. Any quote we provide is a non-binding indication and is not an offer capable of acceptance. A supply becomes binding only when both parties sign a written contract or purchase agreement, and that document then governs the supply, including price, delivery, warranty and liability.

Where one of our engineering partners designs, installs or deploys a system, their services are governed by the terms agreed with them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes sending spam or false enquiries, trying to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, interfering with its operation, or scraping it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, graphics and the Synapse Horizon name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy or republish them for other purposes without our written permission.

The site may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or map services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
